Naveen has over 25 years' experience in the development and deployment of Business IT solutions within the public sector across APAC. He is a passionate and energetic technology professional with extensive experience across shared infrastructure, ICT cloud business strategy and planning, cloud services development, as well as managing service creation, commercial model development for ‘IT as a service’ and digital business solutions.

Naveen is adept at leading multi-functional teams and implementing a high-performance culture. He has experience in engaging with executive management to develop strategic programs. Naveen is a hands-on strategist with a focus on identifying market disruptions and building initiatives and programs that deliver superior results.

Some of Naveen’s recent experiences include leveraging advances in IoT, AI and Predictive Analysis and over the past 7 years he has assisted the operator of a $50 Billion AUD Asset Portfolio to implement programs to deploy digital solutions to capture and analyse data to support business operations.

Bud has worked with numerous global ICT companies, bringing 38 years of senior management experience across the US & Asia-Pacific region in high-tech industries – defence, telecommunications, enterprise networks, and most recently IoT. This IoT expertise and business experience has helped incubate the partnership with Exacter.

Bud has previously held the role of Cisco Australia’s Sales Manager for Smart+Connected Communities, where he was responsible for enabling cities and councils to transform through smart city services and find new ways to engage citizens. He also held the position of General Manager for Lucent Technologies in New Zealand, promoting telecommunications solutions for service providers.

Bud has built a large network of strategic relationships within Australian and abroad with various system integrators, consultancies, architects, urban planners, urban service providers, smart city solution providers, and financial partners.

Prior to Cisco and Lucent, Bud was a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Program Manager for Harris Corporation, and a Captain in the United States Air Force. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Huffman has 30+ years of electric utility design, construction and operations experience and currently serves as a Senior Client Relations Manager for Burns & McDonnell Engineering’s Transmission & Distribution business line. In this capacity he supports global utility clients in the development of strategies and architectures designed to support Grid Modernization to improve system reliability, resiliency, and ensure sustainability readiness through the deployment of innovative smart grid technology.

Gary is currently the Vice Chair of the EEI Distribution Reliability Working Group and Chair of the IEEE Distribution Resiliency Working Group. He holds a BS degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Project Management Certification from the University of California at Irvine.
